Residents of UP are now able to obtain a temporary “Guest Parking Permit” when   they   have house guests who will need to park on the street overnight.   The time frame is limited.  So the security   patrols   are   able   to identify vehicles with permission to park on the street overnight, the permit must be hung in full view from the rear view mirror.   Permits may be requested and obtained at Z&R Property Management’s office during business hours.   They are located at 6015 Lehman Drive, Suite 205.
